SC upholds pardon granted to Resham Chaudhary

Kathmandu, September 22 The Supreme Court has upheld the pardon that President Ramchandra Paudel granted to Resham Chaudhary, the founding leader of the Nagarik Unmukti Party. A bench of Justices Sharanga Subedi and Shrikant Paudel dismissed the writ petition filed against Chaudhary’s pardon.
